Urban Decay haul and review

 Hey everyone,

Sorry I haven't written recently but I'm back and here to share my most recent purchases with you.

Soooo, this pay day I went to the Urban Decay counter in Southampton, the manager there, Rali, is one of the nicest people ever and her make-up is always amazing.
I love the make-up at Urban Decay but as we all know it can be kind of pricey, I went on a 'mega' day which means there was 10% off everything.
♥ yes, yes yes!♥

Below is a photo of all the lovely things I bought, clockwise from the left is, the Naked basics 2 palette, Naked flushed, Naked ultra nourishing lip gloss and perversion mascara. I've linked everything from the Debenhams website as that's where I bought them from.

Also can I just waffle on for a sec about how nice buying new make-up is, selecting the product, trying it on, buying it and taking it home, then opening up that smooth embossed box. Finally you unclip the palette and there it is that untouched pressed powder. ooh, and that plastic film on the mirror? heaven to peel off. Am I right?

The first thing I want to talk about is Perversion mascara. This mascara boasts an ultra black colour with a creamy consistancy that should lengthen and volumise. I have to say it is super black which is nice, it doesnt leave that dusty black colour that so many mascaras do. This gives me volume and length although i find that i need a second coat to really get some serious oomph. This mascara is a little wet for my eyelashes so I tend to take a bit of the product off the spooley before I pop it on. overall this is a super sultry product perfect for a daytime cat eye or a smokey evening look.

Next up is the naked flushed palette, I got mine in native. This has a medium shade bronzer, highlighter and a lovely ashy powdery pink. The pink in this palette is very, like, 'I've been out in the snow' and I freakin' love it.  The powders in this product are very silky to the touch and blend very easily. The highlighter is beautiful on the high points of the face, personally I've been loving it worn down my nose it leaves a lovely healthy glow.

On to the Naked ultra nourishing lipgloss, this one is the darkest shade called Beso. It's kind of a dark browny pink colour. It's not sticky at all, which I love, I hate gummy gloss. It's quite sheer and could be worn over lip colour if you wanted but it's absolutly beautiful on it's own. The discription on the website says it's addictive- they're right! I love putting this on, the doe foot applicator ensures a smooth, even coating. This product also has avocado oil and shea butter in so it's super hydrating. As soon as I put this little beauty on dry lips they're a thing of the past.
►Oh, yeah, the case is rose gold by the way!◄

Lastly, I got the Naked Basics 2 palette. I have to admit I didn't think I'd like this as much as the original basics palette, but I do! This has a much wider range of colours than the first one and I have been using them all! My favorites are the lightest three, scrimp, stark and frisk.I have been using primal in my crease as it's super creamy and blendable, they act like a cream when they are just the silkyest powders. This palette suits everyone- everyone! so happy with this perchase.

○BONUS○
I got a free gift with my perchase, a trial size 24/7 velvet glide on eye pencil, this is in the shade plushie. very nice, very smooth, great for a smokey eye. soft melt on eye pencil, I wouldn't have expected anything less from Urban Decay.

So that's that, I hope you liked seeing what I bought from Urban Decay, it's not often that I super splash out so it's nice that I can share it with you.
